To me, in a nutshell visual communication design is a creative process that combines technology and visual arts to communicate ideas. It starts with a message that, in the hands of a proficient designer, is transformed into visual communication that transcends mere pictures and words. By having full control of color, type, movement, symbols, and images, the visual communication designer creates and manages the production of visuals designed to inform, persuade, entertain, and most importantly, I think, to educate a specific audience and empower them to think freely.
Cultural Diversity in Design
I aspire to use experiential design as a platform to positively influence the lives of culturally diverse people, critique the ethical dimensions of contemporary culture, and give visual form to complex social and political issues.
I am a strong advocate for protecting our natural environment and animal rights while driving innovation without compromising lifestyle. Designing a sustainable world is important in order to build a better tomorrow for the next generation.
